In addition to individual persons, there are also several organizations to be found. Unfortunately, all of these groups happen to go against what the Pokémon Peace Squad is trying to stop. In fact, the majority of these groups are the reason why the squad was formed in the first place. None of them will be easy to stop, and each of them dominates a whole episode.
Name: Team Magma
Debut: Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: Team Magma is one of the villainous teams to be found in Hoenn. Team Magma's goal is to raise and expand the landmasses of the world with the power of Groudon. They prefer to use a variety of Fire-type Pokémon and usually build their bases and fortresses deep within volcanoes or other hot molten places. Also, as that is now the trend with evil organizations in the Pokémon regions, Team Magma has also built countless legions of fiery automations based off of a variety of Fire Pokémon that work alongside the team’s Grunts. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Magma has constructed a large laboratory complex deep within the crater of Red Mountain and has also somehow managed to get the Blue Orb back and plan to reawaken Groudon.

Team Aqua's leader is Archie and their rival organization is Team Magma. They prefer to use a variety of Water-type Pokémon and usually build floating complexes, ocean fortresses, and undersea bases to house their operations. As with Team Magma, Team Aqua has endless armies of robots and mechs mostly based off of Water Pokémon, all armed with a vast array of water and ice based weaponry to reinforce the Grunts. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Aqua has built a massive aquatic dome on the ocean floor and has re obtained the Red Orb in hopes of reawakening Kyogre to further their plans.

Team Flora's leader is Farlie and their rival organization is Team Plasma. They prefer to use a variety of Grass-type Pokémon and build large bases and laboratories in forest areas or deep within jungles. Once again, Team Flora has built armies of robots based off of various Grass Pokémon and even possessing plant and organic weapons to make sure the Grunts stand tall. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Flora has constructed a large botanic base deep within a subterranean cavern complex and has plans to capture Celebi for an experiment.

Name: Team Plasma
Debut: Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: Team Plasma is one of the villainous teams to be found in Hoenn. They hope to use the storm causing powers of Kyogre to harness the electricity from the storm clouds and greatly increase electrical activity all around the world. They prefer to use a variety of Electric type Pokémon and build large power plants, electric stations, and energy reactors sometimes in or beneath large cities. And as you may expect, Team Plasma has countless dozens of high-tech robots all armed with infinite amounts of electric, laser, and plasma weapons to help out the Grunts. Team Plasma personnel are also experts in the field of laser technology, amplification, refraction, and reflection. They have also managed to copy the formula for Lightanium, a metal alloy that converts small plasma into much larger amounts, and are known to sell Lightanium rods on the international black market. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Plasma has built a massive power plant in Capital City and have plans to capture all three Regi Pokémon to use as they please. At one point, GUN almost disperses of a small group of Plasma Grunts.

Name: Team Rocket
Debut: Pokémon Red/Blue
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: Team Rocket is a highly organized criminal syndicate headed by Giovanni (called "The Boss" by his underlings) and based in Kanto. Its main focus is in stealing or capturing, then selling, rare and/or strong Pokémon, but it also conducts cruel experimental research on Pokémon. Its final goal is to take over the world using Pokémon. Team Rocket also has a large roster of robots at their disposal, both Pokémon-based autonomous robots (currently their 12th division) and the large ones used by Jessie, James, and Meowth. They also have a number of bases and areas throughout the world, similar to those of Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily. They range from an underground base beneath Celadon’s Game Corner to a lab beneath the Viridian Gym, a main base somewhere in Kanto, a former lab on New Island, a warehouse in the Sevii Islands, a complex hidden beneath Goldenrod City, a large metallic city known as Rocketopolis, an immense steel fortress, an enormous space rocket, an orbiting space station, a prison complex on an island in Johto, a huge armed airship known as the Rocket Cruiser, a large base in Antarctica, an underwater complex in the Whirl Islands, a base near Mahogany Town, a large air fleet known as the Rocket Armada, the Rocket Armada 2, and many more bases and complexes. It’s even speculated that the city in which the multiplayer Rocket Highway stage takes place in is a Grand Metropolis-looking Neo Rocketopolis due to the fact that all the vehicles, signs, and buildings have the Team Rocket symbol on them. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Rocket invades Grand Metropolis without the consent of Giovanni in hopes of siphoning off the city’s energy. With this in mind, Giovanni won’t let them succeed.
Anime Appearance: Episode 2, Pokémon Emergency!
Name: Team Cipher
Debut: Pokémon Colosseum
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: Cipher is an evil syndicate that plans to take over the world. Operating only in the Orre region, Cipher's goal was closer as their Shadow Pokémon scheme neared fruition. Apparently founded by Evice, also known as Mayor Es Cade, Cipher had most of Orre under its control. Evice was the head of the organization. In order to avoid any suspicion from Phenac City inhabitants, Evice operated through Nascour. Nascour was apparently Cipher's Vice President, and Evice's right hand. Under the command of Nascour and Evice, Cipher had four Admins that operated in different parts of Orre: Miror B., Dakim, Venus and Ein. The organization has also a big army of Peons at its service. As if that wasn't enough, countless criminals from all over the Orre region support Cipher. Cipher operates actively at Phenac City, Pyrite Town, the Under and finally Realgam Tower - which was constructed to be their ultimate headquarters. The completion of the tower meant that Cipher's scheme had almost reached its climax. Cipher also provided Team Snagem with the dreaded Snag Machines. The Snag Machines enabled criminals to steal Pokémon from other trainers. Thus, Team Snagem transformed from a small band of criminals into a serious threat. In return, Team Snagem agreed to supply Cipher with superior Pokémon snagged from trainers, so that Cipher could use them in their devilish plans. It's also quite possible that Cipher built the Deep Colosseum. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Cipher returns once again, this time building a second Cipher Key Lair and capturing another Lugia for their plan.

Name: Team Snagem
Debut: Pokémon Colosseum
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: Team Snagem was once a petty group of thieves operating in Orre. They used Eclo Canyon to conceal their Snagem Hideout. One day, Team Snagem agreed to an alliance with Cipher, another criminal group. Cipher supplied Team Snagem with Snag Machines, which allowed Snagem members to steal Pokémon from trainers. Team Snagem was also eventually given powerful Shadow Pokémon. Wes, a former member of Team Snagem, stole a portable Snag Machine and blew up the Snagem Hideout. The leader of Team Snagem, Gonzap, later confronted Wes at Realgam Tower, and was defeated. The two had a rematch in the remains of the Snagem Hideout, and Gonzap lost again. Five years later, Team Snagem attempted to regain their former glory by stealing the Snag Machine used by Michael. However, Michael attacked Snagem Hideout, defeating Gonzap and reclaiming the Snag Machine. Gonzap then helped Michael, noting that as long as Cipher is still active in Orre, Snagem will never be the most powerful criminal organization there. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Snagem has obtained a shuttle and have converted Eggman’s old pyramid base into one of their own.

Name: Team Draco
Debut: Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: Team Draco is a villainous team once unknown, but has quickly made their presence known. This team, led by a woman named Dralene, specializes mainly in Dragon-types and Pokémon in the Dragon egg group. The Pokémon Dralene covets most isn't Kyogre or Groudon, but Rayquaza, and Dralene strives to put the world under climate control with Rayquaza's Air Lock. The members of the team had previously been ranchers at a Swablu ranch owned by Dralene, a ranch that raises Swablu and Altaria for multipurpose use. Once Dralene became enamored by Rayquaza, she purchased a rocket, an orbiter, and a space station attachment. Once everything was prepared, Dralene, the assistants, and the ranch hands boarded the rocket and blasted off into outer space, where Team Draco now run their main operations, abandoning the ranch in the process. Dralene's personal assistants are the team's admins, while the ranch hands are the team's grunts. In addition to the bases they started off using, Team Draco also builds countless space stations, laboratories, and fortresses to house their operations in. Like the other teams, Team Draco has built squadrons of robots based off of Dragon Pokémon, but because Dralene and Team Draco’s scientists are geniuses in the field of energy formatting and concentration, their robots are equipped with energy and space technology that may even surpass that of such people as Eggman. In Pokémon Peace Squad, Team Draco has captured Rayquaza and built a space station replica, plus a space complex of their own. They’re also building a much larger base to keep Rayquaza in for their master plan.

Name: GUN (Guardian Units of Nations)
Debut: Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Occupation: Army and Counter-Terrorist Organization
Alignment: Hero
Description: The Guardian Units of Nations is the largest army in the world. Their robots are much more menacing and destructive than the Badniks made by Eggman. GUN is lead by the GUN Commander. GUN is kind of a reckless, Shoot-Now-Ask-Questions-Later organization. They tend to immediately assume something that gets within 400 feet of them with something potentially harmful is an enemy, and proceed to blow its head off. I could say hi to a GUN troop from a mile away holding a pocketknife, and he'd shoot me with a machine gun. In Pokémon Peace Squad, GUN decided to harness the power of the Pokémon Regirock, Regice, and Registeel as military weapons. Because of this, you end up having to put an end to their current operation.
