ROCKETOPIA "A high-tech limitless metropolis created by Team Rocket that towers beyond all others of theirs. This so-called perfect utopia actually houses Giovanni's master plan to remake the entire multiverse in his image."
Welcome to Rocketopia, the newly founded capital of Team Rocket! Heading up a massive metallic dam to the top of an oceanic reservoir, we can see the humongous futuristic megatropolis built upon a hovering artificial island above the water and protected by two giant Tentacruel-based robots as well as an electromagnetic field that prevents anything else electronic or mechanical from approaching the area. Giovanni has predicted that we would make it this far and in the form of two large holograms on the top of the dam, explains to us his dream city and how it will be the last thing we ever see before having his Rocket Krakens attack us. Thanks to the efforts of Sonic, Cloud, and Pulseman, we're able to enter Rocketopia, which unlike Eggmanland, which was a wacky twist of carnivals and factories, is on par with the locations seen in Sonic Riders Zero Gravity and resembles utopian cities from several sci-fi movies. There seems to be no hub for this place, so instead, when selecting Rocketopia from the World Map, you're automatically taken to the Stage Select for the place. It's time to stop Giovanni once and for all!

When fighting the Rocket Firewall, the music that plays when facing the firewall boss in Mega Man Network Transmission plays.
However, if you're playing as Aeris-K, before being teleported to the area where the Rocket Firewall is located, you'll initiate a special cutscene.
Cutscene: Aeris-K arrives in a large octagonal room with the whole walls nothing but computer screen displaying various data. The floor is glass and shows surging computer boards and liquid light pools. In the center is a large glowing blue-colored cylinder with a floating visor-like device in its center, a control panel system that wraps around the lower fifth of the cylinder, and a large clear screen above the front of the panel on the side of the cylinder. A computerized voice then comes on and warns about a threat to the Rocketopia computer core. Aeris-K then realizes what the room is and decides that she has a chance to decipher Team Rocket's whole database. Using impressive hacking skills, Aeris-K now begins making her way into the database. We go to the central lab of the base as ONNA materializes to warn Giovanni about an intruder in the computer core. Giovanni brings up the hologram screen to depict Aeris-K hacking into the central system's database and orders ONNA to execute the core's defenses. ONNA replies that Aeris-K is the Squad's weakest member that she won't get far. Giovanni tells ONNA that she is to obey him and have the "fluke" disposed of immediately. However, ONNA says that it's too late and that Aeris-K is already in the database. We go back to Aeris-K as we hear what appears to be ONNA's voice indicating that the ultracomputer is now accessing Team Rocket's database and proceeding to copy it. The screen, having turned on, goes through a number of windows at lightspeed as the data replication is in progress. We go back to Giovanni as he testily commands ONNA to override the system, but she replies with something along the lines of there's nothing she can do (if you listen to ONNA closely, she says this slightly half-heartedly, indicating something). Back to Aeris-K, the ultracomputer indicates that it's finished with the data replication and we see an ONNA integrated data disk come out of the console system. The disk itself appears clear and has a Team Rocket "R" on the upper half that is rotating three-dimensionally. Aeris-K realizes that the entire database has been copied onto the disk and grabs it from the machine. Suddenly, the cylinder's color changes to red and the entire room is bathed in a red light and the computerized voice warns of a security breach along with loud alarms. Aeris-K quickly runs to the teleporter and takes it out of the room before what looks like thick red laser beams rain down from the ceiling, which would have very likely killed Aeris-K. Special Note: This entire cutscene is based upon and is similar to the ending to Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles' Dark Legacy Chapter, including the look of the data disk.
If you manage to clear Area 3 with the data disk in your inventory, Jenny Mode will be unlocked for play on already-cleared stages. Repeat this task in Jenny Mode and you'll unlock Special Mission Mode.
