Rocketopia Hub
Once you've beaten the game, if you go to the World Map, you'll be given a new option when selecting Rocketopia, Hub. If you select this option, you can now go to a hub for Rocketopia.
Music Notes: The Eggmanland hub music from Sonic Unleashed plays throughout the hub (there is no day/night options here; the sky is always a magenta color).
This hub happens to take place at the entrance to Rocketopia and is only as big as the Mazuri and Adabat hubs (excluding the stage areas and additional sections). The hub consists of a massive metallic platform raised high about the ground with a few Rocketopian buildings around the area, including two futuristic suspension bridge-like structures with glass tunnels on the east and west sides of the platform.
Apparently, since all we saw get destroyed was the central complex for Rocketopia, it's safe to assume that the rest of it is still standing (well, floating). You arrive in the hub on a teleporter and are wearing a Team Rocket outfit with dyed hair (to throw off anyone in this hub, which consist of Team Rocket Grunts). Paris, Looker, Wentos, and even Sunflorazumarill don't show up anywhere here (other than the Hot Dog trials, there aren't any missions for Rocketopia's hub). There happens to be a large number of floating TV's to indicate various places here. There are a few sections to the hub to explore, which are listed below.
Exchange Gate: Surrounding the area where the teleporter you arrive on is a tall laser fence. In front of you happens to be a sort of booth with an electric barrier that acts as a gate. At the booth is a robot that will tell you that Rocketopia uses only its own currency, Rocket Credits, and that you need to exchange your money for theirs. You're given one Rocket Credit for every 10 Pokédollars you have. Upon getting some Rocket Credits, the chosen character will comment on how it consists of square crystal coins, card-like bills, and even Credit Chips.
Rocket Restaurant: The food shops in Rocketopia happen to consist of food-dispenser robots similar to those in LaRousse City. They even speak to you when you go up to one and talk to it. There are three to be found in the hub, and unlike the food in Eggmanland, Rocketopian food is edible, tasty, and has variety. Here is what you can get at each Rocket Restaurant:
Rocket Restaurant M

Rest House: In the center of the platform happens to be a large building known as a Rest House. If you head inside it, you'll find a number of Team Rocket Grunts in rooms similar to the recreational areas of the Galactic Veilstone Building. There's a kitchen big enough to be a restaurant, a ping-pong and pool hall, and a large TV room with a state of the art entertainment system, complete with a 3D holographic TV that some Grunts are watching, among other things in the building.
Warehouse Area: At the back of the Rest House is a small warehouse where several supplies are stored. A laser grid prevents further access towards the back where a number of things are found, but the hub's Max Revive and Invincibility can be found just outside of it.
Rocket Arms: As it turns out, this hub has an accessory shop located along the left side of the area, but it happens to be more along the lines of weapons than actual accessories, none of which can be used and only serve as to give to Prof. Pickle. A robot like the one manning the Exchange Gate mans this place. Here's what you can get at Rocket Arms:

Hot Dog Vendor: Towards the area where you can go to enter Rocketopia's stages happens to be the Rocketopia Hot Dog Vendor, which unlike the other Hot Dog Vendors is a food-dispenser robot like all the others in this hub. When you want to do the Hot Dog trails, simply go here.
Upgrade Shop: On the eastern side of the hub happens to be an Upgrade Shop. This one, however, is different from the others, as while it boasts the same shape, it has Team Rocket symbols on the front and on several of the screens. Other than that, this Shop is the same as the others. Here's a list of what you'll now be able to buy at any Upgrade Shop:

In addition to this, any character-exclusive items belonging to any character you've unlocked so far are also available.
Note that these prices are in Rocket Credits. To find the Pokédollar prices, take these prices and multiply them by 10 (ex: a Red Gem costs 10000p).
Once you've purchased a Gem, you'll be given an energy bar in the lower right-hand corner. To use a Gem, press the action button when not using it for anything else (such as pushing a crate) or using an item stored in your inventory. The meter will deplete when using a Gem action, but will refill slowly when not being used. To switch Gems, press left or right on the control pad while holding L or R. In you have the Rainbow Program, it will be among the Gems, allowing you to switch to it if it hasn't already been used for that stage. These can be bought only after defeating the final boss the first time and visiting Rocketopia's hub.
Vending Machines: This hub also happens to have vending machines, but they consist of food-dispensing robots larger and taller than the Rocket Restaurant robots. There are three of them in total, each containing four vending machines. Even with these, the Team Rocket name is branded, but they have the same properties as the drinks they're similar to.

Stage Gate: At the back of the hub behind the Hot Dog Vendor happens to be a glass tunnel leading into a building. If you go through the doors at the start of the tunnel, you'll end up inside an area similar to an Alpha Gate, but more artificial and futuristic (the music here is the same tune that plays in the hub). There are doors on the left and right sides of the area, but there's no room with pedestals leading to other hubs. At the back of the area is an upper area with three doors and beyond it is another area with three more doors. These are the entrances to Rocketopia's stages, which are always lighted up due to the fact that the hub has no day/night system and you've already cleared them. There's an octagonal portal in front of the lower three doors that will allow you to replay the Rocket Ultimatum boss and another in front of the upper three doors that allows you to go replay the Arceus Phoenix final boss.
As a final note, whenever you decide to leave Rocketopia's hub, you'll have to speak with the robot managing the Exchange Gate and switch back your Rocket Credits for normal currency before you'll be let through the gate and to the teleporter.
Once you've beaten the game, if you go to the World Map, you'll be given a new option when selecting Rocketopia, Hub. If you select this option, you can now go to a hub for Rocketopia.
