Usually found at the end of certain stages, you’ll come face to face with a powerful foe. These cannot just be attacked, due to the fact that they have weak spots and requite strategies in order to succeed against them. Be prepared for their attacks.

Info: The Electrochemical Reactor’s core is guarded by the Defense Fortress, a large structure linked to the reactor, and consisting of several weapons; gatling guns, missile launchers, neutron neutralizers, automated railguns, energy bombs, and a large laser tower in the center. This system can regenerate its weapons and will only go down once the laser is destroyed.

The second station has electrical generators that create large, flowing grids of electricity and the same plasma cannons as the first station. The third station has large ring beam dishes that send out large beams of energy rings and more laser turrets. The fourth station consists of various energy bomb launchers and plasma cannons once again. The final station consists of more laser turrets, large paralyzing light arrays, and the mech’s most destructive weapon, a powerful ion cannon.

Info: This is a massive, rainbow-colored Chaos that is found somewhere in the Meteor Base, encapsulated after it caused the death of Yuriko Hartache. It has a large shielded head and an octagonal-shaped core in its center, and is composed of hundreds of Artificial Chaos. It uses attacks from all the other Chaos variations as well as massive tendrils that it can lash out at you. Attacks that are used on it will push the blue/red/green/yellow liquid back to expose the core. When the core is hit, the Chaos will explode into a bunch of regular Chaos of various elements, and you need to destroy all of them to disperse of the Mega Chaos altogether. As more regular Chaos are destroyed, the Mega Chaos grows smaller. When exposed, the core will also fire blue, red, green, and yellow laser beams, each with various effects.
Extra Info: The Mega Chaos has a diameter of 15.0 meters and weighs 10.0 tons. There isn’t much else we know about it since most data on it has been fragmented by Prof. Hartache.

Info: The Space Genesis happens to be a massive attack fortress that hovers around the Cosmic Flower area. This center is fortified with advanced defense systems and houses hundreds of Star City robots. The mech consists of a center area with a raised head in the center and has four large, detachable arms where dozens of proton missile launcher arrays reside. There are four electron laser cannons on the bottom of the main hub of the Genesis and the core itself fires a neutron blast at intruders. The large arms also open up to deploy such mechs as Laser Discs, Hover Launchers, Wire Satellites, and Nuclear Components. If you were to get on top of the Space Genesis, three particle beam cannons on the raised head will activate and fire on you. It even has a powerful anti-matter cannon that it will use later on in the battle. Destroying this enormous robot will prove a mighty task.
Extra Info: The Space Genesis has a central body length of 12.0 meters, and is 15.0 meters tall. Each arm is 16.5 meters long and 7.5 meters wide. The entire craft weighs 54.0 tons. Its main intention is supposed to be combat in deep space.

Attack 4: Neutron Pulse – The main core charges up green neutron energy while a teal holographic target appears on you. The ship then fires a huge energy cluster at you that creates a massive cylindrical explosion in addition to damage. <80 damage>
Attack 5: Particle Cannon – When on top of the Genesis, three particle beam cannons start charging up, then fire on you, sending out 3 layers of large yellow energy waves. <50 damage>
Attack 6: Antimatter Beam – The eyes of the Space genesis start to charge up antimatter, then a huge cylinder of magenta-color antimatter is discharged outward. <80 damage>

Info: Using Star City technology, Dralene has managed to build a massive mech shaped like Rayquaza, and it happens to be quite powerful! What makes Dralene so tough in this fight is the fact that the Tower can change colors, defenses, and attacks. Each time you attack Dralene, she’ll change the color and pattern of movement for the Rayquaza Tower, requiring you to go to a different strategy to take her down. This also alters the weaknesses of the mech, however, so you should try using it to your advantage. Things get tougher in the second half when each of the attacks become stronger and Dralene now changes the Tower’s color quite frequently. From flames to lasers to even slowing down time, this will be quite a tough battle!
Extra Info: The Rayquaza Tower is 67.5 meters long, 4.5 meters wide, and weighs 27.0 tons. Prof. Hartache himself was forced to build this craft for Dralene to use.

Attack 5: Dragon Pulse – Dralene discharges a number of large teal-colored circular shockwaves at you, circles within the circles, thus making this attack hard to dodge. <50 damage>
Attack 6: Ice Bubble – Dralene fires several large icy blue bubbles that float around the area that later explode. Just touching one of them will freeze you. <40 damage, also freezes>
Attack 7: Dark Charger – Dralene fires a stream of indigo-color dark energy while moving the head of the Tower right and left. The attack may also disorient. <50 damage, may also disorient>
Attack 8: Time Wave – Dralene discharges a large, violet wave at you that drastically slows down time for everything other then the Rayquaza Tower in addition to damage. <50 damage>

Info: Created by Prof. Hartache as the main control hub for the Space Shield satellites, the Cosmic Phoenix is a super advanced craft that has countless features. It can fire giant laser stars, charge up star energy and fire it, coat its wings with plasma, fire a powerful ion cannon, teleport, turn invisible, create copies of itself, go into hyperspace mode, and even has a replica of the Solaris Cannon built into it! In addition to controlling the Space Shield Network, it also has the ability to assimilate all of Star City and do something like send it plummeting towards the earth! It has energy shielding making it invulnerable to all attacks and that only its positronic brain can be unprotected at times. With all of this to be careful about, taking on the Cosmic Phoenix will not be an easy task.

Info: This is not a good thing. Cyrus of Team Galactic has managed to steal one of Star City’s Artificial Chaos and using the Sol Emeralds, which they managed to get from Blaze the Cat’s dimension, have turned it into an entity capable of mass destruction! While it may be the ultimate weapon, there is also the fact that it can’t be controlled! Artificial Perfect Chaos will be perhaps one of most enigmatic battles in the game! Unlike Perfect Chaos in Sonic Adventure DX, APC has the ability to shift colors, and gain a different elemental type matching the color! The possibilities are Fire (red), Fighting (orange), Electric (yellow), Grass (green), Ice (teal), Water (blue), Ghost (indigo), and Psychic (violet). This means that APC can have several different setups of weakness and resistances. However, it absorbs attacks that are the same type that it is and regains health if such an attack hits it. Much like Perfect Chaos, it launches energy blasts, twisters, and a huge beam. However, APC also fires two huge lasers from its eyes that can move through walls, making them difficult to dodge. In Phase 2, APC turns up the heat by using a powerful superattack that matches the color that it is. One of those attacks even stops time like Chaos Control! If this happens, use L & R toggle to quicken the pace of the timer before APC launches another attack at you. With no items that are found in the battle, it’s all about fighting here.

Info: The Space Genesis happens to be a massive attack fortress that hovers around the Cosmic Flower area. This center is fortified with advanced defense systems and houses hundreds of Star City robots. The mech consists of a center area with a raised head in the center and has four large, detachable arms where dozens of proton missile launcher arrays reside. There are four electron laser cannons on the bottom of the main hub of the Genesis and the core itself fires a neutron blast at intruders. The large arms also open up to deploy such mechs as Laser Discs, Hover Launchers, Wire Satellites, and Nuclear Components. If you were to get on top of the Space Genesis, three particle beam cannons on the raised head will activate and fire on you. It even has a powerful anti-matter cannon that it will use later on in the battle. Destroying this enormous robot will prove a mighty task.
Extra Info: The Space Genesis has a central body length of 12.0 meters, and is 15.0 meters tall. Each arm is 16.5 meters long and 7.5 meters wide. The entire craft weighs 54.0 tons. Its main intention is supposed to be combat in deep space.

Info: Using Star City technology, Dralene has managed to build a massive mech shaped like Rayquaza, and it happens to be quite powerful! What makes Dralene so tough in this fight is the fact that the Tower can change colors, defenses, and attacks. Each time you attack Dralene, she’ll change the color and pattern of movement for the Rayquaza Tower, requiring you to go to a different strategy to take her down. This also alters the weaknesses of the mech, however, so you should try using it to your advantage. Things get tougher in the second half when each of the attacks become stronger and Dralene now changes the Tower’s color quite frequently. From flames to lasers to even slowing down time, this will be quite a tough battle!
Extra Info: The Rayquaza Tower is 67.5 meters long, 4.5 meters wide, and weighs 27.0 tons. Prof. Hartache himself was forced to build this craft for Dralene to use.

Attack 5: Dragon Pulse – Dralene discharges a number of large teal-colored circular shockwaves at you, circles within the circles, thus making this attack hard to dodge. <50 damage>
Attack 6: Ice Bubble – Dralene fires several large icy blue bubbles that float around the area that later explode. Just touching one of them will freeze you. <40 damage, also freezes>
Attack 7: Dark Charger – Dralene fires a stream of indigo-color dark energy while moving the head of the Tower right and left. The attack may also disorient. <50 damage, may also disorient>
Attack 8: Time Wave – Dralene discharges a large, violet wave at you that drastically slows down time for everything other then the Rayquaza Tower in addition to damage. <50 damage>

Info: Created by Prof. Hartache as the main control hub for the Space Shield satellites, the Cosmic Phoenix is a super advanced craft that has countless features. It can fire giant laser stars, charge up star energy and fire it, coat its wings with plasma, fire a powerful ion cannon, teleport, turn invisible, create copies of itself, go into hyperspace mode, and even has a replica of the Solaris Cannon built into it! In addition to controlling the Space Shield Network, it also has the ability to assimilate all of Star City and do something like send it plummeting towards the earth! It has energy shielding making it invulnerable to all attacks and that only its positronic brain can be unprotected at times. With all of this to be careful about, taking on the Cosmic Phoenix will not be an easy task.
Extra Info: The Cosmic Phoenix is 22.5 meters long, 30.0 meters wide, 7.5 meters tall, and weighs 30.0 tons. It is said to be the next step in warp speed space travel.

Cyrus of Team Galactic has managed to steal one of Star City’s Artificial Chaos and using the Sol Emeralds, which they managed to get from Blaze the Cat’s dimension, have turned it into an entity capable of mass destruction! While it may be the ultimate weapon, there is also the fact that it can’t be controlled! Artificial Perfect Chaos will be perhaps one of most enigmatic battles in the game! Unlike Perfect Chaos in Sonic Adventure DX, APC has the ability to shift colors, and gain a different elemental type matching the color! The possibilities are Fire (red), Fighting (orange), Electric (yellow), Grass (green), Ice (teal), Water (blue), Ghost (indigo), and Psychic (violet). This means that APC can have several different setups of weakness and resistances. However, it absorbs attacks that are the same type that it is and regains health if such an attack hits it. Much like Perfect Chaos, it launches energy blasts, twisters, and a huge beam. However, APC also fires two huge lasers from its eyes that can move through walls, making them difficult to dodge. In Phase 2, APC turns up the heat by using a powerful superattack that matches the color that it is. One of those attacks even stops time like Chaos Control! If this happens, use L & R toggle to quicken the pace of the timer before APC launches another attack at you. With no items that are found in the battle, it’s all about fighting here.
Extra Info: Artificial Perfect Chaos is 90.0 meters tall, 30.0 meters wide, 45.0 meters long, and weighs 92.5 tons. Like Perfect Chaos, APC has the power to destroy an entire major city in seconds.
