Music Notes: In this game, the music takes different effects depending on certain conditions. For example, when underwater, an "underwater effect" like that seen in Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations occurs with the music. Additionally, during something such as escaping from a lava wall or running from a moving vehicle, the music becomes more intense during that situation.
Splash Hill
Description: "A remarkable coastal area on the edge of Cape Dezacould. While the Pokémon Pinchers are here stealing Pokémon for themselves, something else will set off the Squad's newest adventure."
Objectives:
-Speed across the coastal hills
-Defeat the Pincher guards
-Witness the mass Pokémon theft
-Fight Genesect
-Reach the nearby marina
Voice Notes: Prof. Oak uses his voice from the anime. The Pokémon Pincher guards use generic voices.
Background Music: The three themes for Splash Hill from Sonic the Hedgehog 4 play in each third of the stage. When fighting Genesect, the Boss 2 theme from Sonic the Hedgehog 4 plays.
Marina Madness
Description: "An unusual futuristic marina, known for its hovering boats and ships, located near Cape Dezacloud. The Pokémon Pinchers are causing trouble here."
Objectives:
-Go through the marina
-Defeat the Pincher guards
-Explore the cruise ship
-Defeat Yellow Eyes (if she appears)
-Take boat to hidden cove
Voice Notes: Prof. Oak uses his voice from the anime. The Pokémon Pincher guards use generic voices. Yellow Eyes uses an original casting for her voice.
Background Music: A Sonic Generations remix of the Marina Madness theme from Knuckles Chaotix plays throughout the stage. When fighting Yellow Eyes, boss music from Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs, plays.
Pincher Cove
Description: "A secret cove located on the outskirts of Cape Dezacloud being used for the Pokémon Pinchers' base. Are they behind the massive Pokémon theft?"
Objectives:
-Defeat the Pokémon Pincher Grunts
-Free the captured Pokémon
-Defeat Red Eyes, Blue Eyes, and Green Eyes
-Navigate the ZZ Flyer maze
-Release Aquatica from the base
-Escape the complex

BOSS STAGE: Pincher Triple-Jet
When fighting Red Eyes, Blue Eyes, and Green Eyes, a Pokémon Peace Squad remix of the Boss Battle 1 theme from Super Smash Bros. Brawl plays. A "pinch" version of the same theme plays during the second half of the battle.
