Music Notes: In this game, the music takes different effects depending on certain conditions. For example, when underwater, an "underwater effect" like that seen in Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations occurs with the music.
Turquoise Valley
Description: "A beautiful ridge of azure grass, turquoise landmasses, blue pine trees, and aquamarine mud pools. Exactly what are the Pokémon Pinchers doing here?"
Objectives: -Shoot along the azure paths
-Defeat the Pokémon Pincher guards
-Skate or swim along the lake
-Reach the Goal Gate

Background Music: A remix of the Green Hills Zone theme from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on the Game Gear plays throughout the stage.
SUB-BOSS: Dark Minister
When fighting the Dark Minister, an original boss track plays.
Green Grove
Description: "A lush area of green hills, palm trees, and shallow waters. A <boy/girl> has fallen into the water here and must be saved.
" Objectives:
-Race through the coastal paths
-Defeat the Pokémon Pincher guards
-Save the teenage girl (if a male)
-Save the teenage boy (if a female)
-Head into the Goal Gate

-Defeat Red Eyes
-Swim through the underwater maze
-Defeat Blue Eyes
-Navigate the drainage pipe systems
-Defeat Green Eyes
-Get the Balance Book
-Reach the top of the dam
