Like with past Pokémon Peace Squad games, PPS: Endless Boundaries, offers us a selection of hubs that lead to the game's Episodes. However, this time around, the hubs are connected by the Episodes rather than just simply leading to them. For example, to reach Jungle Slopes, you leave the hub, which then takes you to Episode 1, followed by Episodes 2, 3, and 4. Upon clearing Episode 4, you'll find yourself at Jungle Slopes. Once you clear an Episode, when you head to the hub's exit, you're given a choice to either reenter that Episode or head straight to the next hub. Note that if you still have another Episode to clear before you can reach the hub, you still must clear that Episode first.
While they're not as many hubs as past Pokémon Peace Squad games, they're around twice as big as in PPS: Trinity and offer more things to do, like explore stage-like areas within them. However, if you're someone that just wants to go straight to the main stages, all of these side areas are optional.
TRIYSTAL PLAZA
Description: "The main city on Triystal Island. There are number of activities to take part in here, including the Triystal Tournament."
Music Notes: A "city" remix of the Delfino Plaza theme from Super Mario Sunshine plays throughout the hub during the day. A night version of the same theme plays throughout the hub during the nighttime.
Episodes in between Triystal Plaza and Jungle Slopes: Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3, Episode 4
Here we are at Triystal Plaza, the center of recreation and relaxation on Triystal Island. This city shares several similarities with Station Square from Sonic Adventure DX and Pokémon Peace Squad 1 & 2. For example, one of the places that you can check out while you're here is Azure Beach, the Triystal Hotel, where every member of the Pokémon Peace Squad has a room, Triystal Mall, where all your shopping needs can be found, Azure Marina, where the luxurious Royal Crystal cruise ship is docked, and of course Triystal Stadium, where the Triystal Tournament was taking place until it was rudely interrupted.

Plaza Chao Garden: Located in the southern part of the hub is a dome that happens to contain a Chao Garden. Like in PPS: Chaos Adventure and PPS: Trinity, this is a place where you can raise Chao. This facility also includes a Chao Kindergarten area (North door), a Chao Race area (East door), and a Chao Karate area (West door).
When it comes to raising Chao, each Garden comes with two Chao eggs you can hatch. The Chao will start to carry traits of the character you're raising the Chao as (for example, a Chao raised by Iris will start to resemble Iris a bit). In addition to this, when in action stages, defeating robotic enemies releases both Chaos Drives (which are different than the ones you can purchase) and basic Pokémon (such as Shinx, Petilil, and Minccino) that you'll collect and can give to a Chao to increase its stats (Chaos Drives and basic Pokémon can also be found in other places in stages like item capsules). Giving a Pokémon to a Chao also give it traits pertaining to that Pokémon and as the Chao grows, it'll develop traits that pertain to the higher levels of that Pokémon's line (example, giving a Chao a Solosis will give it Solosis traits; as it grows, it'll get Duosion and Reuniclus traits).
When feeding Chao, you can feed them coconuts as well as food items you can get at the various food places and vending machines. Such items affect their stats much like they affect yours (Chao happen to love various kinds of Limonada Shakes for the record). In addition to the Chao you find in each Chao Garden, each action stage in the game has a Chao egg hidden somewhere that you can find and take to any Chao Garden. Each Chao Garden also has a trading machine that you can use to trade Chao (and Chao eggs) to other players, save files, or to PPS: Chaos Adventure or PPS: Trinity. Note that Chao that carry traits of Pokémon or characters introduced in the 5th Generation can't be traded to PPS: Chaos Adventure (PPS: Trinity is still fair game, though), so remember this when raising one. However, there's no way to take a Chao into a handheld game of any kind.
For the Plaza Chao Garden, it has a tropical setting resembling an indoor resort. There is a beach in the southern half leading into water with a few small islets with palm trees containing coconuts. In the northeast corner are two teleporters like those in the Chao Gardens from Sonic Adventure DX and PPS2's Quest Mode, one red and one blue. The red one will send you to the Jungle Chao Garden while the blue one will send you to the Freon Chao Garden. Note that both teleporters remain inactive until you first enter the Chao Garden in question.
The theme that plays in each of the Chao Gardens found in the game is a remix of the Chao Garden theme from Sonic Adventure DX.
While they're not as many hubs as past Pokémon Peace Squad games, they're around twice as big as in PPS: Trinity and offer more things to do, like explore stage-like areas within them. However, if you're someone that just wants to go straight to the main stages, all of these side areas are optional.
