Description: "A coastal paradise filled with gigantic fruit of all kinds. Team Aqua, however, is also present along the beaches."

-Dive into the tropical waters

-Get through the underwater shipwreck
-Reach the surface
Past Version: The stage resembles Palmtree Panic's Past version, with much of the fruit a lot smaller than normal. The ships seen in Tangy Lagoon are intact. The objectives replace "underwater shipwreck" with "wooden ship". The music themes in the stage are Past remixes of their normal themes.
Voice Notes: Prof. Oak uses his voice from the anime. The Team Aqua guards use generic voices. Prof. Freonia uses an original casting for her voice.
Background Music: The Tropical Coast Act 1 theme plays throughout the Juicy Geysers part of the stage. The Tropical Coast Act 2 theme plays throughout the Gigantic Fruit Tree part of the stage. The Tropical Coast Act 3 theme plays throughout the Tangy Lagoon part of the stage. All three themes are from Sonic Lost World.
Coral Cascade
Description: "A large coral bay that legends say is home to a mermaid civilization. Team Aqua happens to be disrupting the peacefulness here."
Objectives:
-Climb the coral cliffs
-Defeat the Team Aqua guards
-Hit the large switch
-Go down the whirlpool
-Descend to the ocean floor
-Don't get caught by the searchlights
-Race the massive Iron Squid robot to the surface
-Defeat the Iron Squid robot
Past Version: The stage isn't much different, although the coral consists of green colors rather than teal or blue. Areas of the underwater sections are more intact and the Iron Squid robot doesn't appear. The music themes in the stage are Past remixes of their normal themes.

Pristine Palisade
Description: "A series of sunken ruins on the ocean's surface. In order to pursue Team Aqua, you'll have to go under the surface."
Objectives:
-Explore the old sea city
-Defeat the Team Aqua guards
-Take the teleporter to under the sea
-Explore the underwater ruins
-Take the teleporter back to the surface
-Defeat Sean
-Reach the Goal Gate
Past Version: The ruins in the stage are far more intact and more of them are seen above the surface. The water doesn't go as deep as in the Present, although there's still an underwater ruin section to go through. The music theme in the stage is a Past remix of its normal theme.

Description: "Team Aqua's expansive underwater complex, almost like a city, located below the ocean. You need to take the blue Time Prism from them."
Objectives:
-Defeat the Team Aqua Grunts
-Defeat Isabel
-Solve the water switch puzzle
-Defeat Matt
-Get through the teleporting water maze
-Defeat Shelly
-Find the blue Time Prism
-Find the base's exit
Past Version: The stage consists of a cavern-oriented base, although there are still some metallic beams and areas. In addition, there are numerous areas with giant windows showing the seafloor. The water level isn't as high in some areas. Most of the stage's gimmicks are still present. The music theme in the stage is a Past remix of its normal theme.
Voice Notes: Prof. Oak, Shelly, and Isabel use their voices from the anime. Matt uses the voice that was incorrectly given to Tabitha in the anime. The Team Aqua Grunts use generic voices. Prof. Freonia uses an original casting for her voice.

BOSS STAGE: Aqua Bivalve
When fighting Archie, the Fugu Face-Off boss theme from Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze plays. When Archie's health reaches half, the music switches to a "pinch" version of the same theme.
