(After clearing Episode C)
Cutscene: We see the chosen character, his or her group, and Sonic and Tails as they've freed the giant Iron Squid that was transformed into the Crystal Kraken by Team Crystal. Freizo doesn't seem upset about this turn of events, however, and explains that he was distracting you while Team Crystal managed to get the DNA samples that they sought. Tails demands just what they want with the DNA samples, with Freizo explaining that he has no reason to tell any of you, except that they need more and the "more" they'll get will come soon, with the former Crystal Kraken suddenly firing a teal beam of ice the moment Freizo says "soon". Sonic sees it coming for the chosen character and manages to quickly push him or her out of the way, only for him to end up frozen in a prism of glowing teal-color ice. We then watch as a large Team Crystal helicopter appears and creates two tractor beams, one for Freizo and one for Sonic, as it files by, taking both of them into it. The second character in the chosen character's group has their first Pokémon try and hit the helicopter, only for it to go out of range. Tails laments on Sonic has just been captured with the chosen character assuring him that they'll rescue him. The third character in the chosen character's groups wonders what Freizo meant by "more".
Cutscene: We go to Angel Island up in the sky, where we see a large airship bearing the Team Crystal symbol on its side comes into view. From inside it, we see a number of screens pop up on the large window on the bridge, showing various areas of Angel Island and data on them. Fargo is shown to be the commander of the ship and explains that they need the Master Emerald on the island in order to put the next phase of their plan into action, and that they may as well take the whole island to use as their base of operations. Once the ship is close enough to the island, Fargo orders the Crystal Carrier to fire the Blizzard Cannon. We watch as a large cannon appears on the underside of the Crystal Carrier, which charges up and fires a massive wide beam of ice at the island, which then starts moving forward, covering Angel Island in ice as it does so. We see a number of various Pokémon on the island watch in fear as a wave of ice begins to envelop their surroundings and attempt to run, only to get hit by the huge ice wave. Eventually, the entirety of Angel Island is frozen and Fargo then asks to fire the tractor beam. We see a large such beam fired from the front of the ship that hits the island and starts pulling it in the direction that the airship begins moving in. With that, Team Crystal leaves with their massive prize in tow.
