-Defeat the Team Plasmic guards

-Raise the crystal platforms
-Reach the Goal Gate
Past Version: The stage resembles Quartz Quadrant's Past version from Sonic CD. The crystal formations are of different shapes and sizes than in the Present. Most of the stage's gimmicks are still present. The music theme in the stage is a Past remix of its normal theme.

-Explore the clear waters
-Defeat the Team Plasmic guards
-Ride the buoyant crystal blocks
-Dive to the very bottom of the lake
-Go through the Goal Gate
Past Version: The stage resembles Tidal Tempest's Past version from Sonic CD. The water level happens to be lower than it is in the Present. Most of the stage's gimmicks are still present. The music theme in the stage is a Past remix of its normal theme.

-Cross the magnetic pathways
-Defeat the gigantic worm robot
-Get through the turbulent magnetic flux
-Defeat Zinzolin
-Head into the Goal Gate

Description: "Team Plasmic's elaborate laboratory complex where they store a number of viruses and gene technology, not to mention the indigo Time Prism."

-Defeat the Team Plasmic Grunts
-Defeat the first Shadow Triad member
-Get through the Pokérus storage
-Defeat the second Shadow Triad member
-Avoid the cascading lasers
-Defeat the third Shadow Triad member
-Get back the indigo Time Prism
-Enter the center of the complex

The objectives replace "Pokérus storage" with "block maze", "cascading" with "reflective", and "complex" with "structure". The music theme in the stage is a Sonic Generations Modern remix of the Gene Gadget themes from Sonic 3D Blast (Genesis).
