Description: "An immense palace floating high above the clouds. Levitated by countless Time Crystals, Team Flare is out to get them for themselves."
Skyward Road
Description: "A large pathway going through ancient buildings and floating cities. Team Flare happens to be on patrol, too."

-Ride the zip-lines
-Go through the old cathedral
-Navigate the cloud maze
-Reach the Goal Gate
(Dragon Pathway)
-Race along the serpentine relics
-Defeat the Team Flare guards
-Dodge the Vovalgia Liner fleet
-Drop down the descending shaft
-Evade the huge Vovalgia Liner
-Head through the Goal Gate
(Aerial Sands)
-Cross the deep quicksand
-Defeat the Team Flare guards
-Go down the sand slides
-Avoid the sand tornadoes
-Climb the sand wall
-Go into the Goal Gate
Past Version: The stage isn't much different, although the ruins look a lot livelier than in the Present. The Vovalgia Liners don't appear at all in the Past version of Dragon Pathway, however. The music themes in the stage are Past remixes of their normal themes.
Voice Notes: Prof. Oak uses his voice from the anime. The Team Flare guards use generic voices. Prof. Freonia uses an original casting for her voice.
Background Music: The Sky Road Act 1 theme plays throughout the Cloud Pavilion part of the stage. The Sky Road Act 2 theme plays throughout the Dragon Pathway part of the stage. Squadwing Flight
Description: "A flight through the clouds in the SquadWing. You'll need to be careful of both flying foes and floating ruins on your way."
Objectives:
-Fly through the skies
-Dodge the Rocket Carrier's gunfire
-Avoid the mystery ship's laser
-Head through the airbase
-Bring down the Rocket Carrier
Past Version: Due to the nature of the stage, there are no Time Crystals found in this stage and thus no way to go into the Past.
Voice Notes: Prof. Oak uses his voice from the anime. Prof. Freonia uses an original casting for her voice.
Background Music: A remix of the Schumacher Fly track from Dynamite Headdy plays throughout the stage. When fighting the Rocket Carrier, the Mid-Boss theme from Freedom Planet (an indie game) plays.
Critical Skyfall
Description: "Part of the levitating artifact that's broken off and falling through the clouds. Don't hesitate to cross the falling debris."
Objectives:
-Hurry across the falling landscape
-Defeat the Team Flare guards
-Grind across the collapsing rails
-Defeat Aliana
-Reach the Goal Gate
Past Version: Due to the nature of the stage, there are no Time Crystals found in this stage and thus no way to go into the Past.

-Defeat the Team Flare Grunts
-Defeat Byrony
-Get through the thundercloud
-Defeat Celosia
-Get back the orange Time Prism
-Defeat Mable
-Leave in your Squadwing
Past Version: The stage is far different from in the Present, instead resembling Sky Road Act 4 from Sonic Lost World. Any obstacles of gimmicks that are weather research related aren't present. The music theme in the stage is a Past remix of its normal theme.
