In addition to individual persons, there are also several organizations to be found. Unfortunately, all of these groups happen to go against what the Pokémon Peace Squad is trying to stop. In fact, the majority of these groups are the reason why the squad was formed in the first place. None of them will be easy to stop, and each of them dominates a whole episode.
Name: Go-Rock Squad
Debut: Pokémon Ranger
Occupation: Criminal Organization
Alignment: Dark
Description: The Go-Rock Squad is the villainous team found in Fiore. They have a loose musical theme and also used evil versions of Capture Stylers to capture the Legendary Beasts. Their Admins dress up like rock stars, and their grunts dress in outfits resembling Go-Go dancers. But don’t take them for granted, as they can still be quite a force. In Pokémon Peace Squad: Timerunners, the Go-Rock Squad has managed to obtain a number of Timerunners and quickly hatch a plan to attack the capital city in both the present and the future.

Description: Team Galactic is the villainous team found in Sinnoh. Unlike past criminal syndicates, the existence of Team Galactic is an openly advertised fact; they even broadcast television commercials requesting the donation of Pokémon. However, their genuinely criminal operations remain covered-up. Team Galactic wants to catch the Pokémon that created the world: Dialga of time and Palkia of space, as well as Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie so that their leader, Cyrus, can destroy the universe and rebuild it in his own image with himself as an absolute god. However, only the Commanders and Boss are aware of this plan, and the underlings think that it's simply an organization that collects rare Pokémon. Team Galactic has even had a few known bases, one of them the Galactic HQ, which is a large multi-level building in Veilstone City. It, along with the Galactic Eterna Building, is one of the main centers for Team Galactic's operations. In Pokémon Peace Squad: Timerunners, with their true intentions exposed. They disappeared for a while, only to come back with a new way to achieve their goals, two devices that they’re have built called the Timerunners and Spaceriders. Using the Timerunners, Team Galactic is able to jump to any point in time and do what they please. They go back in time to change some of Sinnoh’s history and also go into the future to alter that as well. To make things even more in their image, Team Galactic has taken control of the Space Colony ARK in order to utilize the Eclipse Cannon there. The icing on the cake with them happen to be that they’re built a giant orbiting complex that uses time-travel technology to allow it to occupy a number of different timelines.

Description: Sinnoh Now is a television program broadcast by Jubilife TV. It bills itself as your portal to what's hip and happening in Sinnoh! Sinnoh Now is hosted by Rhonda, and is a news/variety program. Rhonda and the Sinnoh Now staff appear in various locations around Sinnoh and cover events happening there. In Pokémon Peace Squad: Timerunners, Sinnoh Now appears in a number of locations, from Central City in the future to even within the Space Colony ARK!

Description: A race of red-and-black aliens from parts unknown, the Black Arms travel on a comet called the Black Comet, which passes through Earth’s atmosphere once every 50 years. 56 years prior to the events of Pokémon Peace Squad: Timerunners, the Black Arms leader, Black Doom, made contact with the Space Colony ARK and helped Professor Gerald Robotnik create the Ultimate Life Form, Shadow the Hedgehog. As it turns out, as part of the deal, Professor Gerald promised Black Doom the seven Chaos Emeralds in exchange for creating Shadow, but Gerald was prepared for this. By the time of the present, Shadow the Hedgehog fulfilled this prophecy and defeated Black Doom along with destroying the Black Comet. However, in Pokémon Peace Squad: Timerunners, it turns out that the Black Arms have returned to Earth (perhaps they still have their homeworld) 44 years in the future to once again try to take over the earth. However, GUN manages to take them down once more using what they developed called the Cosmic Annihilation Missile.
