Pokémon Peace Squad also has lots of secrets for you to unlock. As you complete more of the game and unlock more characters, you’ll start unlocking things to view in “Extras”. When you’re first able to enter Extras, you’ll find 3 options, “Characters”, “Menu Theme”, and “Sound Test”. Selecting Characters allows you to pull up a character that you’ve unlocked and look at his or her stats. The setup is the same as if you examine the character on the Pause Menu, except you can also tilt the character in any direction and there is also a bio for the character. If you look at Menu Theme, you can change the theme of the entire Menu Screen and all sub-screens to match that of a character that you’ve unlocked. When you change the menu theme, the instructional voice also goes from the standard female voice to that of the character you chose. The theme you chose automatically saves to the game, but can be changed at any time.
Sound Test is as you guessed it, the game’s sound test. Here, you can listen to the in-game music from any stage that you’ve completed, as well as any cutscene music. The sound test menu is arranged into neat sections to make searching for music easier. When playing music, the A Button starts the selected music while the B Button turns it back off. In fact, here’s a listing of all the music in the game.
